We strive to delivery your order within 2 to 5 business days in excellent condition. Shipping is absolutely free, within Bangalore, in case your total order value is less than Rs. 100 . For order above Rs. 100 and other cities, applicable shipping costs are added and displayed on the order summary page. Shipping costs are generally calculated based on the weight of your order and is generally determined by the sellers.

  • What are the shipping charges on products ordered on YoScholar's?

We charge nominal 'Shipping and Handling Fee'. Shipping costs are generally calculated based on the weight of your order and is generally determined by the sellers.

  • Is there any other cost that I need to pay apart from the product cost and the shipping charges?

We do not levy any other charges except when the payment method is COD, there would be an additional Rs. 20 added to yout total order value towards cash handling charges.

  • Can I get faster delivery?

Yes, we understand situations that demand quck turn arounds and have our express shipping for such situations. We are happy to enable express shipping for an additional flat charge of Rs. 50.

  • How long does it take for my order to reach me?

We deliver most orders within 5 working days starting from the day of order receipt.

  • Does the Delivery time vary by seller to seller?

Returns and Modifications

Payments


  • What are the different ways to pay for a purchase on YoScholar?

We offer various payment methods which are: Internet Banking, Credit/Debit Card, purchase using e-gift vouchers, also Cash on Delivery (COD), and Piggy Bank Points.

  • How does COD work and are there any additional charges if I choose this option for payment?

You can select this option in case you want to pay for your product at the time of actual delivery. To ensure correct usage of this method, YoScholar will confirm your order only once you enter the code sent via sms to your mobile number. There is an additional Rs. 25 convenience fee while using COD. All purchases using COD method of payment do not qualify to receive any Piggy Bank Points.

  • Is it safe to use my credit card/debit card on YoScholar.com?

Your transaction details will be kept confidential by YoScholar's trusted payment gateway partner. YoScholar uses 256 bit encryption technology to interact with banks to ensure complete security of all details. In addition to this, banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.

  • I just made a payment but it did not go through. What can I do?

Please ensure that all details are correct and re-try making the payment. Alternatively, you can use Cash On Delivery option if your attempts to pay online fail multiple times. In case you account is debited after a payment failure, we will reverse the payment within 15 business days, after we get a confirmation from our bank.


Refunds

Your money will be refunded thorugh same mode you used during placing the order. In case of credit cards/debit cards/netbanking money will be refunded to your account within 10 to 15 days of order cancellation.
